floor working with his customers giving them the one-to-one
level of unparalleled customer service that Charles Feldstein
began over 100 years ago.
Scott

with special interests in fishing and hunting. He and his wife,
Julie, have realized a lifelong dream come true in today's Feldstein
Jewelers having designed the building inside and out themselves
and hand picked the jewelry. Their commitment to the Feldstein
legacy is evident on every level.
Lee
Lorenz - "The First Lady of Feldsteins"
Lee
began her career in jewelry over twenty years ago. She has been
a partner in the transitions that Feldstein Jewelers has experienced.
Lee began in our flagship store on Main Street in the heart of charming
downtown, Marinette, WI. She has seen Feldstein Jewelers grow into
a multi-location operation and ultimately today into a free standing
salon jewelry store. Lee is our seasoned veteran. She knows her
customers by name and they know her. She has engaged couples and
now welcomes their children into for the Millennium.
Lee's
experience and knowledge are a given. If there is a question about
jewelry, watches or fine crystal, she is the source. She has earned
the respect of her peers and the trust of her customers. Her most
significant asset, however, is her approach to customer service.
Lee takes the time with each of her customers. She listens to them
and meets their needs. Lee is equally committed to changing a watch
battery with care and interest as she is showing a 5 carat Diamond.
Such dedication to customer service cannot be taught... it's a gift.
Lee
is the proud parent of two grown children, Lori and Dan. She is
a talented gardener and loves to entertain.
Wendell
Kopish
Wendell
served two decades as a captain in the military service. There he
earned his master's degree in business. Today, he brings that same
discipline and attention to detail (that only a military career
can establish) to the table. He has ventured into the world of find
jewelry more recently to become the "Gentleman Jeweler". He is methodical
and logical in his approach to jewelry. A strong proponent of product
education, Wendell seeks to make our customers informed consumers.
He takes time to explain the many important factors that create
a fine piece of jewelry. His customers leave Feldstein Jewelers
confident in the knowledge they have been given AND almost always
with a Feldstein purchase. Wendell's concern and service to his
customers is matched by his dry wit.
A
devoted family man, Wendell's time is spent with his wife Nancy
and their three children: Jason, Brad and Amber. He is active in
the Masons and serves on the board of his church.
Jamie Pecor
Jamie
is a graduate of the Northeast Wisconsin Technical Institute at
Green Bay. She was a "star" in her medallist class. She
has always had a keen interest in jewelry and design. Her artistic
talents drew her to study jewelry and its composition. Feldstein
Jewelers was fortunate to recruit her and have her begin her career
in our state of the art studio. Jamie was trained on the Laser Welder
by it's creator. She is our "in-house" expert of the laser
and proficient at its application. Jamie is a steadfast technician
who concentrates on her work with a passion which results in the
highest level of repair and service on an efficient scale. She is
an Oconto native. Jamie adds the energy and enthusiasm of youth
to our team along with a sense of adventure that make her design
innovative.
Gary Guenette
Gary
has been associated with Feldstein Jewelers for a decade. He is
one of those rare commodities in life that just grow better with
time. He is a gifted artist on many levels. His forte' is carving
which is most evident in the custom creations he carves in wax for
our one-of-a-kind Feldstein designs. Gary is meticulous in his work
taking immense personal pride in each piece he works on. He is an
expert stone setter. Gary adds the artist's touch to the gold smith
shop. He has an astute eye for balance and design. His talent is
surpassed only by his positive attitude. Gary is always in a positive
mood. He and his wife, Nicky, work side by side in their own business
which focuses on hand-carved wooden creation from tree stumps. It
is appropriately named "The Fallen Tree". If attention
to detail and pride in workmanship matter to you... KNOW that they
matter to Gary Guenette.
Gary
